Bill Allen , CEO

Bill has worked over 35 years in the Children’s Healthcare world with extensive focus on serving children with severe challenges. Bill’s experience has focused on children with Developmental Disabilities and Mental Health challenges. Prior to coming to Premier Pediatric Therapy, Bill worked as a Senior Vice President of a large multi-state operation that served over 10,000 children for 23 years. Bill’s experience has focused on leadership of operations with extensive oversight of complex payer systems and multiple levels of service provision in 10 States. He has extensive experience in serving children and adults with severe disabilities in a variety of roles.  Bill joined Premier Pediatric Therapy in January 2021 as the CEO and is tasked with providing high quality Comprehensive Pediatric Therapy service to Children and their families impacted by ASD and other Developmental challenges. Premier Pediatric Therapy provides clinic based PT,OT and Speech Therapy along with home and community based ABA services.

Bill graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors degree and the St. Thomas University, Masters degree in Mental Health counseling. He was also on the Governor appointed council for Independent Living.

Bill is a Miami native and enjoys spending time with his family especially supporting his 2 sons in their world of competitive soccer. Bill and his wife Joelle enjoy traveling together and attending both son’s soccer games all over the US and even outside the country.

Dixie Hollis , COO

Dixie has worked for over 19 years in the healthcare industry. Dixie has extensive experience in Healthcare Administrative Operations and Provider Relations. She has worked in commercial and government business sectors with focus in building and operationalizing value-based programs negotiating all contract payment methodologies including risk bearing.

Dixie is an accomplished leader with specialization in building national networks, managing clinics, optical labs and ASC’s. She has also overseen management of full operations including TPA services with direct responsibility for P&L performance. Dixie is originally from a small town in Alabama. She has lived in the Tampa Bay area for the past 20 years. Away from work, Dixie enjoys kayaking, hiking, and spending time with her family.

Logan Thompson , CFO

Annie Fischer , President of SPOT Services

Annie is the co-founder and president of Kids Spot. Prior to co-founding Kids Spot, Annie held leadership positions at various clinical settings. Her undergraduate degree is in Athletic Training and she has a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. She has been in the pediatric physical therapy field for over 20 years. Her passion for helping children and bringing another level of care focused on the highest standards of clinical excellence prompted her to start Kids Spot. Her experiences instilled in her the discipline to build a powerful team to serve her community. Annie takes great pride in providing the highest level of care to patients. She devotes herself to the success of Kids Spot while also raising her three children and sharing her life with her husband who is her biggest supporter.

Barbara Gomez , VP of Human Resources

Barbara Gomez is an accomplished Human Resources leader with extensive experience supporting multiple best-in-class organizations. Currently, she directs the human resources organization for Premier Pediatric Therapy, focused on all aspects of people and culture for newly acquired companies. Including talent acquisition, total compensation, and benefits, payroll, employee relations, employee engagement, retention, and compliance, with a heavy emphasis on leading the organization through rapid HR change and transformation programs, all while promoting employee engagement and enabling a high-performing workforce to contribute to the organization’s strategic growth.

Barbara holds a bachelor’s in Human Resources from Saint Thomas University and earned her Associates in Accounting and a minor in Psychology from Miami-Dade Community College. She has her SCP from SHRM and a Payroll certification from The American Payroll Association. She is now working towards her Master of Jurisprudence in Labor & Employment Law from Tulane University.

Barbara is originally from New Jersey. She has lived in Miami for the past 38 years.

Away from work, Barbara enjoys all water sports, loves boating and diving in the Florida Keys, and wherever her travels may take her. She is also huge Miami Heat fan.

Melissa Gehret , VP, Marketing & Business Development

Melissa Gehret is a business development and marketing strategist who has helped to grow, support and create brands within the healthcare industry. After spending over 15 years working in business development, Melissa knows what truly works when it comes to directing and executing sales strategies, leading high-performance teams, and managing client relationships.

Melissa is dedicated to the growth of Premier Pediatric Therapy and strives to build trusted client relationships and partnerships within the community.

Melissa is originally from Fort Lauderdale and attended the University of South Florida. Away from work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her son Maverick and husband Rob, traveling, being out on the water on their boat and attending Miami Dolphins games.

Carla Moon , Leader of Operations TX - Chief Compliance Officer

Carla Moon, Leader of Operations-TX, Chief Compliance Officer and Agency Administrator for Premier Pediatric Therapy. She has dedicated her career to the Pediatric Population of Fragile Children for 20 years.  Carla serves on 3 specialty boards with Texas Home Health and Hospice organization all centered for the excellence of Pediatric Care. Carla enjoys being a mom to an athletic son, skydiving, and traveling.

Schuyler Bacon , HR Director

Schuyler Bacon has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. In November of 2020, Schuyler was offered the opportunity to leave her HR position at a local hospital to join the Premier Pediatric Therapy team. Schuyler focuses on employee relations, employee retention, employee leadership and development training, among many other company aspects.

Schuyler prides herself on making personal connections with her employees, recognizing their strengths, and helping each person achieve their professional goals. She continues to conduct many leadership and developmental training sessions for her employees, to help ensure their success at Premier.

Outside of work, Schuyler is a doting mother of three amazing girls, Marissa, Sam, and G.G. Her and her husband enjoy family time with the girls and their two beloved pugs. On a rainy (or sunny) day, you can catch Schuyler curled up reading or listening to a riveting true crime story.
